Hello. You are on the “about” page for Church CheckUp. We’re glad you are here and hope you’ll come back often. Our hope is to give you information and encouragement that will help you and your church become all that God wants you to be. Church CheckUp comes from Darrel Schick. Darrel is a pastor, church planter and church strategist who loves the local church and the pastors who lead them. Darrel also spent many years working in radio and TV news. He is married to Ruth Schick. They have four adult children and four grandchildren. So far :)
